| 摘 要： | 目的 研究小儿呼吸道合胞病毒性肺炎的中医证候学特点.方法 对114例风热闭肺证、痰热闭肺证患儿进行证候学资料调查及统计分析. 结果 风热闭肺证和痰热闭肺证患儿在发热、痰壅、紫绀、舌象、脉率、精神方面差异有统计学差异(P＜0.05).痰热闭肺证重于风热闭肺证;在恶风恶寒方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),风热闭肺证重于痰热闭肺证;其他指标比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05). 结论 发热、痰壅、恶寒、紫绀、舌象、脉率、精神的程度可作为小儿呼吸道合肥病毒性肺炎风热闭肺证、痰热闭肺证的主要鉴别指标. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristics of TCM syndromes of children's respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) pneumonia.Methods The 114 children with RSV pneumonia diagnosed as wind heat affecting the lung and phlegm heat invading the lung in TCM were analyzed.Results The phlegm heat invading the lung syndrome was worse in the symptoms of fever,sputum retention,cyanosis,tongue,pulse and mental status (P<0.05).The wind heat affecting the lung syndrome was worse in the symptom of aversion to wind and cold (P<0.05).... |
