丹红注射液合参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效观察

目的:观察丹红注射液合参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组(n=46)和治疗组(n=48)。治疗组在常规治疗的基础加用丹红注射液合参附注射液,14天为一疗程,观察心功能改善情况、中医证候疗效、6 min步行距离及左室射血分数(LVEF)和脑钠尿舦的变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组无论是心功能改善情况、6 min步行距离还是中医证候疗效、血浆BNP浓度的变化均优于对照组,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05),且两组治疗后LVEF也有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:丹红注射液合参附注射液能明显改善心衰患者的各种临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical Observation on Treating Chronic Heart Failure with Danhong Injection and Shenfu Injection

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Danhong injection and Shenfu injection in treating chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Methods： The patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group（ n =46） and treatment group（ n =48）. In the treatment group,the patients were given Danhong and Shenfu injections besides the regular treatment for 14 days. During the process,the changes of cardiac function,TCM syndrome,6-minute walk distance,BNP and LVEF were carefully studied. Results：Compared with the control group,both changes of cardiac function and TCM syndromes were superior to those of the control group（ P〈 0.05） and 6-minute walk distance,BNP and LVEF were improved significantly（ P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Danhong injection and Shenfu injection can improve the clinical syndromes dramatically and enhance the life quality of CHF patients.
