侧隐窝注射针刀松解并中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

目的:探讨侧隐窝注射针刀松解并中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用侧隐窝注射、小针刀松解配合中药身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症212例,并与160例行腰椎持续牵引和手法按摩者进行对照。结果:治疗组212例,优76例,良80,可48例,差8例,优良率74%,总有效率96%;对照组160例,优26例,良56例,可60例,差18例,优良率51%,总有效率88%。结论:侧隐窝注射针刀松解并中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症取得良好疗效。

Clinical Observation on Lateral Release Fossae Injection and Needle-Knife Combined with TCM in Treatment of Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of the lateral release fossae injection and needle-knife and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc prolapse. Methods： By using lateral crypt injection,small needle-knife with Chinese medicine,212 cases of lumbar disc prolapse were treated and compared with 160 cases treated with routine lumbar traction. Results： In the treatment group,76 cases were excellently effective; 80 cases were obviously effective; 48 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective and the excellent rate was 74% and the total effective rate was 96%. In the control group,26 patients were excellently effective; 56 cases were obviously effective; 60 cases were ineffective and 18 cases were ineffective. The excellent rate was 51% and the total effective rate was 88%. Conclusion： The combination of lateral release fossae injection and needle-knife and Chinese medicine treatment achieves good curative effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
