中医综合疗法联合透明质酸钠对膝骨关节炎患者的主要症状、体征总积分的影响

目的:探讨中医疗法联合透明质酸钠对膝骨关节炎的主要症状、体征总积分等临床疗效的影响。方法:入选2012年3月—2013年6我院收治的72例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为两组,各36例。试验组采用中医疗法联合透明质酸钠治疗,对照组仅用透明质酸钠治疗。观察两组患者在临床疗效的差异,同时评价其膝关节功能及治疗满意度。结果:试验组总有效率94.4%,高于对照组66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组膝关节评分均明显降低,且试验组较对照组降低更为明显,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);试验组治疗满意率91.7%,高于对照组63.9%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医疗法联合透明质酸钠对膝骨关节炎的疗效显著,其能够显著提高患者膝关节功能,增加患者对治疗的满意度,提高患者生活质量及治疗依从性。

Study on Effect of TCM Therapy Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 72 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were selected from March 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital and were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group. The experiment group adopted the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate and the control group only was treated with sodium hyaluronate. We observed the clinical efficacy and evaluated the function of knee joint and treatment satisfaction. Results： The total effective rate of experimental group was 94. 4%,higher than that of the control group（ 66. 7%） and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,two groups＇ knee scores were decreased and the experimental group＇s decreased more significantly than that of the control group and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The experimental group＇s treatment satisfaction rate was91. 7%,higher than that of the control group（ 63. 9%） and there was statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：The curative effect is remarkable of Chinese medicine therapy combined with sodium hyaluronateon on knee osteoarthritis. It can significantly improve the knee joint function of patients and increase patients＇ satisfaction and improve the quality of patients life and treatment compliance.
