专业小组质控模式在血液净化中心护理管理中的实践与成效

目的 探讨专业小组质控模式在血液净化中心的应用效果.方法 自2012年9月起将血液净化中心的护士设置为7个专业小组：病区管理、感染控制、抢救物品、优质护理、技能考核、设备管理和特殊治疗,建立了各组的管理制度和考核标准,明确各小组的职责,并评价其效果.结果 专业小组质控模式实施前后,7个小组各项护理检查指标评分明显提高,JP值均小于0.05,患者满意度评分比较P=-0.027,医生满意度评分比较P=0.003,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 专业小组质控模式可明显提高血液净化中心护理质量,确保患者安全,强化护士的管理意识和能力,优化专科队伍梯队化培养,改善医护患关系,营造和谐执业环境,是一种值得推广的护理管理模式.

Practice and effects of nursing management by using the model of professional nursing quality control teams in a blood purification center

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing management by using the model of profes- sional nursing quality control teams in a blood purification center. Methods We have built up seven nurs- ing quality control teams for ward administration, infection control, first-aid equipment and medicine manage- ment, nursing quality improvement, nursing technology inspections, devices and special treatment manage- ment since September, 2012. We then established management rules and assessment criteria, set up responsi- bilities, and evaluated the effectiveness for every group. Resnlts After the implement of nursing quality con- trol teams, nursing quality scores have been greatly improved in the seven groups, as compared with the scores before the establishment of the teams （P〈0.05）, with the P value of patient satisfaction score of 0.027, and the P value of doctor satisfaction of 0.003（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The nursing quality control teams can effectively improve clinical care quality, ensure patients＇ safety, strengthen the management awareness and ability of nurses, benefit the training of the talents for nursing, improve the relationships among doctors, nurses and patients, and create a harmonious working environment. This model is worthy to be promoted.
