| 摘 要： | 用ｒＩＬ２和自体外周血克隆化ＬＡＫ细胞体外二步净化白血病髓后行ＡＢＭＴ，移植后体内再用ｒＩＬ２／ＬＡＫ细胞治疗；４例行ＡＢＭＴ白血病病人用ｒＩＬ２／ＬＡＫ细胞体内外净化后，２例对化疗无效的病人获ＣＲ，４例病人移植后至１９９４年９月持续缓解８－１４月，移植后第３周末测定外周血ＮＫ细胞活性明显高于另３例未净化行ＡＢＭＴ白血病病人；ｒＩＬ２／ＬＡＫ细胞体外二步净化骨髓不影响ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ回收率，移植后不曩

| Abstract: | cases of leukemia that 2 cases were complete remission(CR) and 2 cases were partial remission(PR) were treated with autologous bone marrow transplantation(ABMT) and recombinant interleukin-2(rIL2)/auto-peripheral blood coloning lymphokine activated killer(LAK) cells purging in vitro and in viro. 2 cases of PR obtained CR after ABMT, all patients remained in CR 8 to 14 months after ABMT to today. The activity of natural killer cells that the patients were treated by purging was higher than that no purging in third week of post-ABMT, rIL2/LAK cells purging the bone marrow in vitro did not affect the recovery rate of CFU-GM and the hematopoietic recomstitution after ABMT. |
