| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨西咪替丁防治脑出血引起的应激性溃疡的疗效。方法：56例高血压性脑出血急诊入院后，除常规治疗外，同时加用西咪替丁静脉筋注，并与对照组比较上消化道出血的发生率。结果：治疗组上消化道出血发生率为12．5％，远低于对照组的47．5％(P＜0．005)。结论：脑出血患者，提倡常规应用西咪替丁可防治其急性应激性溃疡的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of cimetidine on stress ulcer with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Fifty six cases of cerebral hemorrhage were studied.The patients were given cimetidine besides regular therapy and compared with no cimetidine controls.Results:The upper gastrointestinal bleeding rate was 12.5% in cimetidine group,and 47.5% in no cinetidine controls.The difference was significant( P >0.005).Conclusions:Cimetidine can be used as usual measures for treatment of acute stress ulcer in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. |
