慢性阻塞性肺病并发肺癌肺功能检测分析

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺病（ＣＯＰＤ）并发肺癌肺功能改变。方法：采用美国麦加菲公司生产的肺功能检测仪分别对２５例ＣＯＰＤ并发肺癌，５０例ＣＯＰＤ，２５例正常对照实施肺功能检测。结果：ＣＯＰＤ并发肺癌及单纯ＣＯＰＤ患者肺功能均较正常对照损伤严重，而ＣＯＰＤ并发肺癌弥散功能较ＣＯＰＤ患者下降明显（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：动态观察ＣＯＰＤ肺功能情况，在肺功能下降的基础上，发现弥散功能下降明显，应考虑并发肺癌

PULMOMARY FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH COPD COMPLICATED WITH LUNG CANCER

Objective:To explore the significance of pulmonary function test on COPD complicated with lung cancer.Methods:Lung function test was performed on 25 cases of COPD complicated with lung cancer,50 cases of COPD and 25 normal control subjects.Results:lung function in patients with COPD and COPD complicated with lung cancer were greatly declined compared with control subjects,COPD with lung cancer has lower diffuse capacity than single COPD.Conclusion:Diffuse capacity is a sensitive sign in the diagnosis of COPD with lung cancer.
