磷酸肌酸钠改善高龄慢性心功能不全患者心功能和BNP的疗效观察

目的观察磷酸肌酸钠对高龄慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者心功能和BNP的影响。方法老年慢性心力衰竭患者47例,治疗组25例,对照组22例。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠,疗程6周。根据纽约心脏协会心功能（NYHA）分级法评价两组患者治疗前后的临床心功能分级情况、左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）和左室射血分数（LVEF）的改善情况及血浆BNP水平的变化。结果治疗6周后,治疗组总有效率、心功能改善情况及血浆BNP下降水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合常规治疗心衰药物能显著改善CHF患者心功能、降低血浆BNP水平。

Therapeutic effect of phosphocreatine on heart function and plasma BNP level in elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of phosphocreatine on heart function and plasma BNP level in elderly patients with with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods 47 elderly patients with chronic CHF were recruited and divided randomly into 2 groups,one receive conventional therapy（control group） and another additional phosphocreatine treatment（treated group）.The patients were evaluated for improvement in New York Heart Association（NYHA） functional class,symptoms,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVESD）,and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and the levels of BNP before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the overall efficacy rate and LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD in treated group was significantly better than that in the control group.BNP level in treated group were significantly lowered than thatin the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Conventional treatment in addition to phosphocreatine can reduce the plasma BNP level and improve the heart function in elderly patients with chronic CHF.
