摘    要:目的 研究暂时阻断肝静脉行肝内注射高热生理盐水对凝固灶大小的影响。方法  12条犬分为 3组 ,即肝血流未阻断组 (1组 )、肝动脉 门静脉阻断组 (2组 )和肝静脉球囊阻断组 (3组 )。用 8ml沸腾生理盐水注射入肝脏 ,测量局部组织温度变化及凝固灶大小。结果 局部测温 1组温度下降最快 ,3组次之 ,2组温度下降最慢。病灶最大横径测量 ,1、2、3组分别为 5 4mm、12 3mm和 9 9mm ,各组间相差非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 暂时阻断肝静脉肝内注射高热生理盐水可增大凝固灶。为提高PSIT治疗效果提供依据

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of temporary occlusion of hepatic vein on lesion size by injection of boiling saline into hepatic veins in dogs. Methods Twelve dogs were divided into 3 groups:uninterrupted hepatic blood flow (Group 1), occlusion of hepatic artery and portal vein (Group 2), and occlusion of hepatic vein (Group 3). Eight ml of boiling saline was injected into the liver of all animals. Temperature in the treated area and lesion size were measured after saline injection. Results Tissue temperature in the treated area was decreased more rapidly in group 1 than in group 2 and group 3, and the reduction of the tissue temperature in group 2 was the slowest. Maximum lesion in group 1, group 2 and group 3 were 5 4, 12 3 and 9 9 mm respectively in width. Conclusion Temporary occlusion of the hepatic vein increases the coagulation lesion induced by hot saline, and may increase the efficacy of percutaneous hot saline therapy (PSIT) for patients with hepatic tumors.
