附子、当归的抗缺氧作用及对微循环障碍的影响

摘    要:本文报道了附子-当归注射液及其组成药(附子注射液、当归注射液),对减压及常压缺氧动物的保护作用与常压缺氧动物肠系膜微循环变化的影响。资料分析提示;附子-当归注射液对减压或常压急性缺氧动物具有降低耗氧量、耗氧速率及增强动物对缺氧耐受性的作用(附子注射液、当归注射液也具有同样的作用)。通过对缺氧动物肠系膜微循环的观察表明,缺氧愈严重,微循环的障碍愈显著;最后以红细胞聚集血流停止而告终,以上三种注射液均有稳定血液流态及延缓红细胞聚集的作用。

Abstract:The paper reported the protective effect of RALP-RAS injection and its constituents (RALP injection and RAS injection) on hypoxic animals with reduced and normal pressure, and their influence on mesenteric microcirculation changes of hypoxic animals with normal pressure. The results indicate that RALP-RAS injection is able to reduce oxygen consumption and oxygen consumption rate in acute hypoxic animals with reduced or normal pressure and increase the tolerance of the animals to hypoxia; RALP injection and RAS injection possess the same effect, too. The observation on mesenteric microcirculation of hypoxic animals shows that the more serious hypoxia is, the more clear disturbance of microcirculation is, ending in RBC aggregation and bloodstream stasis. RALP-RAS injection, RAS injection and RALP injection all possess the effects of stabilizing bloodflow and alleviating RBC aggregation.
