| 摘 要： | 从芬兰的教育体系，特别是芬兰的高职护理教育中得出启示：医学教育应以人为本，以能力为本，给学员创造良好的学习环境和学习氛围，寓教育于灵活多样之中及采用简单、务实、高效的工作作风。

| Abstract: | Through introducing education system, especially nursing education of polytechnics in Finland, draws a few of conclusions that medical education must comply with the rule of human and capability as foundation, creating good study condition and surroundings to students, using diverse teaching methods and simple, concrete and efficient work styles as valuable reference for us. |
