腹腔镜肾癌根治术临床研究

目的探讨腹腔肾癌根治术的有效性与安全性。方法收集本院从2007年1月至2009年12月我们所做的共53例腹腔镜肾癌根治术和42例开放肾癌根治术的完整临床资料，进行对比分析研究。结果53例腹腔镜肾癌根治术，成功51例，2例转开放手术。开放肾癌根治术组42例，术后并发症3例，发生率7．14％。结论腹腔镜肾癌根治术是肾癌根治切除的微创技术，具有创伤小，恢复快，术后镇痛剂使用少等优点。

Clinical Study of Laparoscopic Radical Nephrectomy

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy and surgical methods. Methods The hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 we had done a total of 53 cases of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy and 42 cases of open radical nephrectomy to conduct comparative analysis of the clinical data. Results 53 cases of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy, successful in 51 cases, 2 cases turn open surgery. Open radical nephrectomy in 42 cases of postoperative complications in 3 cases, the incidence of 7. 14%. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is a minimally invasive technique for radical resection of renal cell carcinoma, with the advantages of less trauma, faster recovery, and less postoperative analgesic use and so on.
