营养研究中不同运动强度实验模型的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨用于营养研究中不同运动强度的大鼠跑台运动实验模型。方法:根据劳动生理研究中不同劳动强度是单位时间内能量消耗的不同,并结合营养研究中劳动强度按每天劳动所消耗的总能量进行评价的原则,设计每天两次不同时间、速度和坡度的跑台运动,以反映营养学上不同的劳动强度。结果:在营养研究中大鼠运动强度为:⑴轻劳动:大鼠单笼饲养,自由活动,不上跑台;⑵中劳动:大鼠在运动跑台上以坡度5°、运动速度15m/min,每次运动13min,每天两次;⑶重劳动:大鼠在运动跑台上以坡度7.2°、运动速度20m/min,每次运动15min,每天两次;⑷极重劳动:大鼠在运动跑台上以坡度10°、运动速度20m/min,每次运动15min,每天两次。应用此模型观察2w后,大鼠的体重增加值、血脂水平和尿维生素B1、B2排出量随运动强度增加而减少,重劳动和极重劳动组的血清总蛋白水平较前1w明显降低,并且这些变化具有统计学意义。结论:本研究所提出的大鼠运动模型可用于能量和营养素供给量的实验研究。

Abstract:Objective: To set up a model of different exercise intensities in rats by means of treadmill for nutritional research. Method: Twenty four rats were divided into 4 groups: group I, not exercised; group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ exercised on treadmill with different slopes at different speed for different time. The exercise was performed twice daily for 2 w. Then the weight gain, serum lipids, protein, urea nitrogen and urinary vitamin B1 excretion were observed. Result: Exercise intensities in the nutritional research may be set up: (1)Light labor meant that rat not exercised,(2)Middle labor meant that rats exercised for 13min on treadmill with slope 5°at speed 15 m/min,(3)Heavy labor meant that rats exercised for 15min on treadmill with slope 7.2°at speed 20 m/min,(4)Extremely heavy labor meant that rats exercised for 15min on treadmill with slope 10°at speed 20 m/min. After the experiment of 2 w, the body weight gain, level of serum lipids and VB1 excretion in rats were significantly decreased according to the increased exercise intensities correspondingly. Serum protein was also significantly decreased in rats after heavy and extremely heavy exercise. Conclusion: The model of different exercise intensities was successfully in rats for nutritional research.
