人食管鳞癌组织中促血管生成素-2的表达

目的:探讨食管鳞癌及癌旁组织中促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)的表达.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测56例食管鳞癌、13例原位癌、11例重度不典型增生和47例食管断端正常鳞状上皮组织中Ang-2的表达.结果:Ang-2的表达主要定位于肿瘤细胞的胞浆和胞膜.食管鳞癌、原位癌组织中Ang-2的表达高于食管正常鳞状上皮组织(P＜0.01)和癌旁重度不典型增生上皮组织(P＜0.05);重度不典型增生上皮组织中Ang-2的表达也高于食管正常鳞状上皮(P＜0.01),但食管鳞癌组织和原位癌组织中Ang-2的表达差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).Ang-2的表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移无关(P均＞0.05).结论:Ang-2的阳性表达是食管癌鳞癌发生的早期事件.

Expression of angiopoietin-2 in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue

Aim: To study the relationship between expression of angiopoietin-2 and the occurrence, infiltration, and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods: S-P immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of angiopoietin-2 in 56 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, 13 cases of squamous carcinoma in situ, 11 cases of severe atypical hyperplasia squamous epithelium, and 47 cases of normal esophageal squamous epithelium. Results: angiopoietin-2 was mainly localized in cytoplasm and membrane of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of angiopoietin-2 was significantly higher in cancer tissue and carcinoma in situ than those in normal epithelium (P<0.01) and severe atypical hyperplasia epithelium(P<0.05). It was also significantly higher in severe atypical hyperplasia epithelium than that in normal epithelium(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between carcinoma in situ and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P>0.05).The expression of angiopoietin-2 was not correlated with the tumour grade, depth of infiltration, and lymphatic metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P>0.05). Conclusion: The expression of angiopoietin-2 may be an early event, and play an important role in the occurrence of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
