| 摘 要： | 目的:以吡喃阿霉素(THP)和表阿霉素(EPI)为主的联合方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL),并进行疗效及不良反应的对比观察.方法:用THP和EPI为主的CHOP方案分别治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤各23例.结果:两组治疗有效率分别为73.9%,78.3%,无显著性差异(P＞0.05).不良反应(骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、肝功异常及心脏毒性)两组间无显著性差异(P＞0.05),THP组脱发率低于EPI组(P＜0.01).结论:THP,EPI治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效相似,但THP脱发率低于EPI.

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects of Tetrahydropyanyl Adriamycin (THP) vs. Epirubicin (EPI) in the treatment of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods:23 patients with lymphoma were treated with CHOP regimen (CTX,THP,VCR and Pred) (THP group),while 23 equivalent cases received CHOP regimen (CTX,EPI,VCR and Pred) (EPI group).Results:The response rates of the two groups were similar (73.9% and 78.3%,P > 0.05).There were no differences in myelosuppression,nausea,vomiting,liver toxicity and cardiotoxicity between two groups(P > 0.05).But the incidences of alopecia was significantly less in THP group vs. EPI group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of THP is similar to EPI,however, the alopecia is milder in THP group in the treatment of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. |
