酵母样真菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解酵母样真菌的菌种分布及耐药情况,为临床病原学诊断和合理使用抗真菌药物提供依据。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的ATB微生物鉴定仪、ID32C真菌鉴定板、ATBFungus3药敏板进行真菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果临床分离106株酵母样真菌标本,白色假丝酵母菌占43.4%。酵母样真菌对各类抗菌药的耐药率分别为:氟康唑18.88%,伊曲康唑16.98%,伏立康唑8.49%,5-氟胞嘧啶1.89%。结论临床酵母样真菌感染以白色假丝酵母菌为主,酵母样真菌对两性霉素B、5.氟胞嘧啶较敏感,对氟康唑及伊曲康唑存在不同程度的耐药。临床应根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗真菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and drug-resistance of yeast-like fungus in order to provide the references for clinical etiologic diagnosis and rational use of anti-fungal drugs. Methods Tests of fungi identification and drug sensitive were performed by using ATB microbial identification system, ID32C fungi ID panel and ATB Fungus3 produced by the France bioMerieux company. Results One hundred and six yeast-like fungi strains were isolated. Of these strains, the candida albicans was 43.4%. The drug-resistant rate to fluconazole,itraconazole,vorieonazole and 5-flueytosine was 18.88% , 16. 98% ,8.49% and 1.89% , respectively. Conclusion The candid albicans are major yeast-like fungi infection. Fungi are susceptible to fluconazole and amphotericin B while yeast-like fungi are resistant to itraconazole and fluconazole. Clinical treatment should rationally use drugs according to resuhs of drug sensitivity test.
