硝苯地平控释片联合贝那普利治疗老年高血压疗效观察

目的研究分析采用硝苯地平控释片联合贝那普利治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法选取2011年7月至2013年11月期间,在我院接受治疗的120例老年高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照,每组60例。观察组患者采用硝苯地平控释片联合贝那普利治疗,对照组采用贝那普利治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的血压变化及不良反应情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率98.3%要优于对照组的总有效率86.7%(P0.05);治疗2周后,观察组的收缩压和舒张压下降幅度均要优于对照组(P0.05),治疗4周后,观察组的收缩压先于对照组降至正常(P0.05),治疗6周后,两组患者的舒张压差距加大,整个治疗期间观察组的舒张压下降幅度均低于对照组(P0.05);两组患者的不良反应情况比较无显著差异(P0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论老年高血压患者采用硝苯地平控释片联合贝那普利治疗的临床效果显著,而且不良反应少,值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical efficacy of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with benazepril in treatment of elderly hypertension

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with benazepril in the treatment of elderly hypertension. Methods A total of 120 elderly hypertension patients treated in our hospital from July 2011 to November 2013 were randomly divided into observation group （n=60） and control group （n=60）. The observation group received nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with benazepril, while the control group received benazepril. The two groups were compared in terms of treatment outcomes, changes in blood pressure, and adverse events. Results The observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （98.3% vs 86.7%, P﹤0.05）. After 2 weeks of treatment, the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of the decreases in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure （P﹤0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, the observation group had significantly earlier normalization of systolic pressure than the control group （P﹤0.05）. After 6 weeks of treatment, the difference in diastolic pressure between the two groups increased. During the whole course of treatment, the observation group had a significantly lower decrease in diastolic pressure than the control group （P﹤0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups （P ﹥0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with benazepril have significant clinical efficacy in elderly hypertension patients and cause few adverse events. This therapy holds promise for clinical application.
