摘    要:目的:比较种植体与天然牙在上颌骨复合体中在垂直和水平载荷下的应力分布。方法:采用三维有限元法。结果:种植体与天然牙上颌骨复合体相同牙位、相同载荷下应力分布趋势相同,力的大小比较接近,垂直载荷下种植体周围应力大于天然牙。结论:骨结合种植体虽然没有牙周膜的缓冲,但其与骨连成整体,可有效地传递应力,骨结合种植体在上颌骨种植具有力学可行性。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the stress distribution in implant and nature teeth in maxillary complex. Methods:Three-dimensional finite element analysis method was adopted. Results: When the natural teeth and the implant in thesame site in maxillary complex were loaded equally they had same stress distribution. The intensities of stresses weresimilar. The stress of implant under vertical loading in maxillary complex was slightly larger than that of nature teeth inmaxillary complex. Conclusions: Although without the buffering action of periodontal membrane, dental implant is ableto transmit stress effectively by connecting with maxillary complex closely. Osseointegration implant in maxillary hasmechanical availability.
