| 摘 要： | 以3H-TdR掺入法和McAb间接免疫荧光法检测结节性血管炎患者细胞免疫功能，为探索结节性血管炎的免疫学发病机理提供实验依据。结果表明与健康对照组比较，结节性血管炎患者外周血、细胞数明显降低(P<0．01)，细胞百分率无明显变化(P>0．05)，而B+细胞数增高(P<0．01)；PHA、ConA、PwM丝裂原刺激的淋巴细胞转化能力均低下(P<0．01或P<0．05)。提示结节性血管炎存在免疫功能紊乱，推测其在结节性血管炎的发病中可能起重要作用。 |

A Study of Mitogen Stimulating Lymphocyte Transformation of Nodular Vasculitis |

| Abstract: | To investigate the immunological pathogenesis and provide experimental evidence, the cellular immune function of nodular vasculitis was examined by using 3H-TdR incorporation and McAb indirect immunofluorescence methods. The results showed that as compared with the normal control group, the periphereal blood cell counting was decreased obviously in the patients with nodular vasculitis (P＜0. 01). The cell percentage of CD8 had no significant changes (P>0. 05), while B+ cell counting increased (P＜0. 01). The lymphocyte transformation stimulated by mitogens PHA, ConA and PWM were all lower (P＜0. 01 or P＜0.05). The results suggested that there existed immunological disorders in nodular vasculitis, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of nodular vasculitis. |
