| 摘 要： | 目的 研究中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效应.方法 将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例.对照组采用口服柳氮磺胺吡啶和黄连素片,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用加味黄芪建中汤,治疗30d后比较临床疗效和疾病活动指数.结果 治疗组60例患者痊愈34例,好转21例,无效5例,总有效率91.7%,对照组60例痊愈28例,好转23例,无效9例,总有效率85.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组疾病活动指数为(1.78±0.37),对照组为(2.55±0.21),二者相比差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎可明显提高治愈率. |
