| 摘 要： | 目的 :对常用传统中药细叶远志Polygala tenuifolia的根进行化学成分研究。 方法 :采用色谱技术进行分离 ,通过1H ,13C NMR等波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 5个化合物 :4-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-1,3 ,6-三羟基-7-甲氧基氧杂蒽酮苷(1) ,4-C-β-D- 呋喃芹菜糖基 (1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-1,3 ,6-三羟基-7-甲氧基氧杂蒽酮苷( 2 ) ,远志皂苷元 ( 3 ) ,远志皂苷元-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 ( 4 )和 β-胡萝卜苷 (5)。 结论 :其中化合物-1,3 ,4和 5系首次从该植物中分得 ,化合物 1为新的天然产物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Polygala tenuifolia. METHOD: Column chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of chemical constituents of the plant and the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. RESULT: Five chemical constituents were isolated and elucidated as 4-C-beta-glucopyranosyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone (1), 4-C-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-1,3,6- trihydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone (2), presenegenin (3), presenegenin-3-O-beta-D-glycopyranoside (4) and daucosterol (5), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1,3,4 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 1 is a new natural product. |
