摘    要:人工智能技术与医疗健康领域的融合不断加深,相比在医学影像识别和药物开发设计等领域的有序发展,人工智能协助公共卫生的发展仍处于初级阶段。我国预防医学与公共卫生体系的建设主要包括个体精准健康和群体流行病风险监测,两者各有侧重且互为补充。本文基于从个体到整体的角度,讨论了人工智能算法和技术驱动的基因检测、可穿戴设备、物联网移动端口在个体的精准化健康管理中的发展;以及通过收集个体健康数据,并将其与时间、社会行为等大数据进行联合计算,构建新型流行病风险预警系统的可能性。

Abstract:Artificial intelligence(AI) technology has been integrated with the field of health science and medical care in recent years. Compared to the advanced development of AI in medical image and clinical management, the research and application of AI assisted public health intervention in China is still in the primary stage. In China the preventive medicine and public health system are mainly engaged in precise individual health management and population epidemic risk supervision, both of which have their own emphasis and complement each other. This article discusses the development of intelligent technology-driven genetic testing, wearable devices and mobile ports of the Internet of Things in the precise health management of individuals; and the possibility of building a early epidemic risk warning system by new algorithm based on individual health data combined with time, social behavior and other big data.
