108例食道调搏的临床应用评价

目的：评价食道调搏的临床应用价值。方法：对１０７例患者进行食道心房调搏检查，对１例心脏停搏患者施行食道左心室起搏。结果：１０８例中有７８例异常。其中迷走神经张力过高致窦缓２８例，预激综合征及预激综合征引起房室折返性心动过速１８例，房内折返搏动１３例，心脏负荷试验阳性３例，心脏停搏１例，其他１５例。结论：经食管心脏起搏技术是一有效简便的电生理检查方法，还能有效地中止折返型室上性心动过速，便于在基层医院推广使用。

Clinical Evaluation of 108 Cases of Esophageal Electrocadiography

Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of esophageal electrocardiography. Method: To apply esophageal electrocardiography to 107 patients and left ventricular pacing via esophagus to one patient with cardiac arrest. Results: There are 78 cases are abnormal.Among these 28 cases are sinus brady-cardia due to vagotonia,18 cases are pre-excitation syndrome and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia induced by pre-excitation syndrome,13 cases are reentrant atrial tachycardia,3 cases are patients with positive result of cardiac loading test, one case is cardiac arrest and 15 cases are others. Conclusions: The technique of cardiac pacing via esophagus is a kind of easy and effective method of cardiac electrophysiology.It also can be used to stop reentrant supraventricular tachycardia.So it can be popularized in basic-level hospital.
