| 摘 要： | 目的 了解海上训练官兵的心理健康状况，为做好海训官兵的心理卫生工作提供依据。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某部队l012名海训官兵进行测试和分析。结果 海训官兵症状因子总分、总均分、阳性项目数和各因子分均高于一般军人常模及中国成人常模。结论 影响海训官兵的心理健康状况的主要症状因子是：强迫、躯体化、敌对及抑郁等。因此，必须加强海训官兵的健康教育，增强官兵的心理防护能力和应急反应能力，不断提高部队的战斗力。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand psychological health status of military officers and men on sea training sea so as to provide evidence for intensifying psychological health work accordingly.Methods Questionnaire (SCL-90) was performed in 1 012 military officers and men who participated in military training on the sea in Fijian.Results The total score,overall mean score, positive items and factors were higher than those of the military and civilian norms.Conclusion The main factors affecting psychological health of military officers and men include obsession, somatization,hostility and depression.Therefore,mental health education should be addresses to enhance psychological protection and raise the stress coping ability so as to heighten fighting ability of the armed forces. |
