冠心病合并高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白与冠脉造影的相关性

目的：探讨冠心病合并高血压患者的超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）浓度与冠状动脉造影结果之间是否有相关性。方法：选择冠心病合并高血压患者51例为试验组,另选40例不合并高血压的冠心病患者为对照组,比较两组hs-CRP水平及冠状动脉造影的结果,进行统计学分析,如均有意义则计算试验组两者之间是否有相关性。结果：试验组hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.001）。试验组冠状动脉病变累及支数多于对照组（P〈0.05）。试验组hs-CRP与冠状动脉病变累及支数具有正相关性（r=0.65）。结论：冠心病合并高血压患者hs-CRP与冠状动脉多支病变存在正相关性。

Correlation between level of hs-CRP and lesion of coronary arteriography in patients with coronary artery disease and hypertension

Objective:To investigate the correlation between level of hs-CRP and lesion of coronary arteriography in patients with coronary artery disease and hypertension.Methods:The 51 patients with coronary artery disease and hypertension were regard as study group,and 40 patients with coronary artery disease but without hypertension were control group.Compared the level of hs-CRP and result of coronary arteriography and estimated the correlation between level of hs-CRP and lesion of coronary arteriography.Results:The hs-CRP level of study group was significantly high than that of control group(P<0.001).The branches of coronary artery involved lesion of study group were significantly more than that of control group(P<0.001).There was significantly positive correlation between level of hs-CRP and branches of coronary artery involved lesion(r=0.65,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is positive correlation between level of hs-CRP and branches of coronary artery involved lesion in patients with coronary artery disease and hypertension.
