摘    要:目的:观察双氢杨梅素(DMY)对小鼠肠缺血-再灌注损伤(IIRI)过程中一氧化氮含量的影响,探讨双氢杨梅素对肠缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:昆明种小鼠随机分为五组:①正常对照组;②肠缺血再灌注(IIR)组;③~⑤低、中、高剂量双氢杨梅素(DMY50,100,200mg/kg)+肠缺血再灌注组。采用BI-2000图像分析系统观察小鼠肠系膜血管微循环的变化情况,硝酸还原酶法测定小鼠血浆和小肠一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果:经DMY处理后,小肠微循环明显改善,血浆、小肠NO水平呈剂量依赖性升高,三个剂量组NO值均高于IIR组(P<0.05)。结论:双氢杨梅素对小鼠肠缺血-再灌注损伤具有保护作用,作用机制可能与提高NO水平有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of Nitric oxide(NO) and explore the mechanism of protective effect of dihydromyricetin(DMY) against intestine ischemia-reperfusion injury(IIRI) in mice.Methods The experimental mice were divided into five groups randomly: normal control group;model group(IIR);DMY(50,100,200 mg/kg) IIR;During the experimental,the microcirculation of mesentery vas was observed by BI-2000 image analysis system.At the end of the experiments,the content of NO was determined in mice intestine homogenate and blood plamsa.Results Treatment with DMY increased obviously NO's content in a dose-dependent manner and improved the microcirculation.Conclusion DMY could improve microcirculation and protect the intestine from injury via NO.
