摘    要:目的 了解大强度耐力训练对中枢神经系统(CNS)的影响,提出预防CNS损伤的观点.方法 雄性SD大鼠16只,随机分成对照组和大强度耐力训练组.耐力训练6周,训练后取材,采用HE染色、TUNEL法细胞凋亡检测、免疫组化染色及图像分析方法 ,观察12个CNS部位.结果 (1)大强度耐力训练后CNS凋亡细胞的类型主要为神经胶质细胞,长期大强度耐力训练后CNS各部位细胞凋亡百分率显著增加(P<0.01).(2)大强度耐力训练后CNS各部位HSP70表达均显著增加(P<0.01),nNOS表达变化不明显(P>0.05),iNOS的表达均显著增加(P<0.05或<0.01).结论 大强度耐力训练对CNS有一定的损伤,运动训练后须考虑足够的恢复时间.
