朝鲜族初中生抑郁症状及其相关因素分析

目的]分析并探讨影响朝鲜族初中生抑郁症状的相关因素.方法]采用抑郁自评量表、青少年生活事件量表、我的班级问卷及父母养育方式评价量表,对延吉市某朝鲜族初级中学1,2年级的123名学生进行调查.结果]朝鲜族初中生的抑郁症状发生率为65.05%,男生抑郁情绪发生率明显高于女生,各年龄组中16岁组抑郁症状发生率最高;留守学生抑郁症状发生率为63.75%.抑郁症状组学生受教师关心程度较无抑郁症状组差,朋友人数较无抑郁症状组少.拥有和睦安宁家庭的学生的抑郁症状发生率低,生活在父母分居家庭的学生中抑郁症状发生率高;抑郁症状组学生的母亲情感温暖与理解家庭平均分显著低于无抑郁症状组,母亲拒绝否认、惩罚严厉、偏爱等因素平均分明显高于无抑郁症状组.结论]朝鲜族初中生抑郁症状的发生与学校及家庭环境因素密切相关.

Study on depressive symptoms and its relative factors of the Korean-Chinese students in junior high school

OBJECTIVE To study the influence of depressive symptoms and its relative factors in the Korean-Chinese students in junior high school. METHODS Using ZUNG＇s Depression Scale,adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List,My Class Questionnaire,Parental Style of EMBU,123 students of grade 1 and grade 2 were performed investigation in Yanji Korean junior high school. RESULTS The incidence of depression symptoms of the Korean-Chinese students in junior high school was 65.05%,significantly higher in boys than in girls,and the highest incidence of depressive symptoms group was 16-years-old group. The incidence of depressive symptom in left-behind students was 63.75%,the degree of teacher concerned in the depression group was lower than that in control groups,the number of friends in the depression group was less than that in control group. The incidence of depressive symptoms of students lived in harmonious and peaceful families was low and one in parents separated families was high,and the mean score of depressive symptoms live in the families with the emotional warmth and understanding mother in the depressive symptoms group was lower than that in the control group,and live in the families with always refusing and denying,punishing severely and preference mother in the depressive symptoms group were higher than that in the control group. CONCLUSION The incidence of depressive symptoms of Korean-Chinese students in Korean junior high school is closely related with the school and family environmental factors.
