| 摘 要： | 目的以环节质量监控为突破口，促进病案质量持续改进。方法通过建立全程动态质量监控体系，以医务人员自控、科室监督为质量预防主体，以医务处、医疗质量管理科环节质量督导检查为质量强化主体，以医院病案管理委员会专家考核病案终末质量为质量评价主体。结果提高了医务人员质量标准意识，保障了患者医疗安全，控制了医疗缺陷发生，病案质量有较大提高。结论对病案形成全过程的重点人员、重点环节、重点内容进行有效质量控制，可促进病案质量的持续改进与提高。
