| 摘 要： | 血液透析是对慢性肾功能不全患者进行长期持续治疗的方法,透析用水的质量对于长期依赖血液透析的患者的影响不容忽视.血液透析用反透水处理系统采用反透膜法分离技术制取高品质纯净水,反渗透装置的质量可靠性是关系产水指标能否达到美国AAMI用水标准的关键,合理的设计方案是必要的前提条件.文中对医用反透水处理和相应的预处理、后处理系统的工艺流程提出设计方案.

| Abstract: | Blood dialysis is a long-term constant cure for imperfect chronic nephrosis, in which the water quality plays an important role. Since high purified water for blood dialysis is obtained by reverse osmosis film separation, the quality of reverse osmosis unit is critical for water quality index, which should meet AAMI water supply standard, thus entailing a proper plan for the whole system. In this paper, process design for reverse osmosis treatment, pretreatment and post-treatment system is presented. |
