摘    要:目的:研究细胞结合肽(P-6肽)与无机骨粒(ABM)复合物在骨缺损修复中的作用。方法:将P-6/ABM复合物植入兔颅骨缺损区,分别于2、4、8周进行X线、组织学观察,以ABM植入组为对照,评价其骨修复能力。结果:结果表明X线、组织学检查P-6/ABM组较ABM组有更多新骨形成。结论:P-6/ABM复合材料具有较强的促进骨缺损修复作用。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the compound of cell binding peptide P-6 and anorganic bovine-derived bone mineral (ABM) in the repair of bone defects. Methods: P-6/ABM and ABM samples were implanted into calvarial defects in rabbits separately. Radiologically and histologically, bone reparative ability was assessed at 2, 4, and 8 weeks postoperation. Results: The bone mass newly formed in P-6/ABM group was significantly more than that in ABM group. Conclusion: The P-6/ABM composite posses the capacity to enhance the bone defect repair in vivo.
