| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈性眩晕科学、规范的治疗方案。方法在137例颈性眩晕患者中随机分成对照组和治疗组，对照组采用颈椎牵引配合常规药物治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上配合康复指导。结果两组有效率分别为79．1％和95．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），TCD观测治疗组椎基底动脉流速治疗前后改变明显。结论颈椎牵引配合康复指导综合治疗颈性眩晕效果肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the normative and scientific therapeutic method of treating cervical vertigo. Methods Altogether 137 patients were randomly divided into control group and treating group, the pa- tients of control group were treated with routine drugs and cervical traction, and the patients in treating group were treated with routine drugs, traction and systemitic rehabilitation methods. Results The effective rates of the control group and the treating group were 79. 1% and 95.7% respectively. There was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） between the two groups. The vertebrobasilar artery blood flow speed of the treating group tested by transcranial Doppler increased after the treatment. Conclusion Cervical vertebra traction and rehabilitative methods is effective in treating cervical vertigo. |
