氧驱动雾化吸入氨溴索治疗脑梗死并肺部感染的护理体会

目的：探讨应用雾化吸入联合氨溴索治疗脑梗死合并肺部感染的治疗效果。方法：将60例患者应用随机数字表法分为2组，对照组30例，在脑梗死常规支持治疗的基础上给予a-糜蛋白酶雾化吸入治疗。观察组30例，在上述治疗基础上给予氧驱动雾化吸入氨溴索治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为93．33％高于对照组的70．00％，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5．4545，P〈0．05）。观察组的症状、体征消失时间较对照组明显缩短，经统计学检查差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：氧驱动雾化吸入氨溴索治疗脑梗死并肺部感染有利于症状的缓解，其疗效确切，氧驱动雾化吸入氨溴索治疗脑梗死合并肺部感染是较好的治疗手段。

Ambroxol Combined Intravenous and Inhalation Therapy of Cerebral Infarction Efficacy of Pulmonary Infection

Objective：To investigate the combined inhalation of ambroxol treatment of cerebral infarction with pulmonary infection treatment. Observation group symptoms and signs disappeared significantly shorter time than the control group, the difference was significant statistically examination （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Oxygen driven inhalation of ambroxol treatment of cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection favor the relief of symptoms, its efficacy, oxygen driven inhalation of ambroxol treatment of cerebral infarction with pulmonary infection is a better treatment.
