老年人上消化道疾病与幽门螺杆菌感染关系的研究

目的探讨老年人上消化道疾病患者幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染情况,为临床防治提供依据。方法对311例60岁以上老年人上消化道疾病患者进行胃镜检查,取胃黏膜组织作病理诊断和HP检测。同时与中青年患者进行对比分析。结果老年组患者HP阳性率显著高于青壮年组(P<0.01)。老年组患者慢性胃炎和胃溃疡HP阳性率分别为84.77%和83.67%,显著高于青壮年组(P<0.05);老年组患者十二指肠溃疡和胃癌HP阳性率分别为71.01%和69.05%,与青壮年组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年人上消化道疾病患者与HP感染密切相关,且感染率高,应予以积极防治。

Research on Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Elderly Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Diseases

Objective To analyze the correlation between the Helicobacter pylori （HP） infections in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases, and provide evidence for clinical prevention and treatment. Method The upper gastrointestinal disease of 311 elderly patients was carried out gastroscopy inspection and took the biopsy organization to make the pathological diagnosis and the HP examination, and the young and middle-aged group was as the control at the same time. Results The positive rate of H.pylori in elderly group was significantly higher than young and middle-aged group （P〈0.01） . The infection rate of HP detected from chronic gastritis （84.77 %） and gastric ulcer （83.67 %） in elderly group were significantly higher than the young and middle-aged group （P〈0.05） . The infection rate of liP detected from duodenal ulcer （71.01%） and gastric carcinoma （69.05 %） in elderly group, which was not statistically different from that of young and middle-aged group （P〉0.05） . Conclusion The result showed that the upper gastrointestinal disease is closely associated with the HP infection in elderly patients, the infection rate is highest in the elderly patients, and the active prevention should be performed in the clinical practice.
