214例社区2型糖尿病患者血脂控制现状分析

目的：描述和分析社区糖尿病管理中患者的血脂控制水平。方法：检测社区规范管理的214例糖尿病患者的血脂4项指标：总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C），并观察不同组别的血脂控制情况。结果：214例患者中，高TC为40．1％、高TG为48．1％、低HDL—C为10．3％、高LDL-C为17．5％，血TG、HDL—C、LDL-C的达标率分别51．9％、60．3％、29．9％，三项全部达标率11．2％。结论：社区糖尿病管理中血脂达标率低，在综合管理中应加强血脂检测并评估危险因素；加强医患教育，改善依从性；合理选择降脂药物，减少并发症。

Analysis of blood lipids in 214 cases of type 2 diabetes in community

Objective： To describe and analyze blood lipids control levels of diabetes patients in community. Methods： Four indicators of blood lipids in 214 diabetes patients selected in community standardized management were tested, such as total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and the blood lipids control in different groups were observed. Results： In 214 patients, high TG was 48.1%, and TC 40.1%. Low HDL-C was 17.5%, and high LDL-C, 10.3 %. The attained rates ofTG, HDL-C, and LDL-C were 51.9%, 60.3%, 29.9% respectively. Three indicators of all rates attained were 11.2%. Conclusion： The rates attained in blood lipids in the community diabetes management were low. In the comprehensive management, the blood lipids should be strengthened for testing and evaluate risk factors. The education for doctors and patients should be strengthened, and the patients＇ compliance will be improved. The lipid-lowering drugs are chosen reasonably to reduce the complications.
