章永红教授治疗肺癌经验拾萃

章永红教授认为肺癌的发病机理,以正虚为本,其中气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚为主,以邪毒为标,痰凝、血瘀、癌毒均为重要的致病因素。首先,正气不足,无力抵御毒邪,导致毒瘤内生。另一方面,痰凝、血瘀与癌毒胶着,相互滋生,导致肺癌的发生,肺癌产生后,又夺精微以自养,耗伤人体正气,形成恶性循环。章教授治疗肺癌强调扶正与祛邪并重,倡导"调补脾胃做前提,扶助正气为根本,祛邪解毒是关键"三大治疗原则恰当地运用虫类药,同时不忘顾护胃气。

Experiences of Prof. Zhang Yong -hong in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

Prof. Zhang Yong - hong believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer is de- ficiency of antipathogenic qi as the primary, in which qi, blood, yin and yang deficiency are dominant ; the pathogenic toxin as the secondary,in which, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin are the key causative factors. In- sufficiency of antipathogenic qi fails to resist on the toxic pathogens, resulting in toxic masses. On the other hand, phlegm, stasis and toxin are interacted,leading to lung cancer. Lung cancer consumes essence and an- tipathogenic qi of human body for the aggravation of cancer, resulting in vicious circle. Prof. Zhang stresses on strengthening antipathogenic qi and eliminating pathogens simuhaneously in treatment of lung cancer and pro- poses three treating principles, named＂ regulating spleen and stomach function as the premise, strengthening antipathogenic qi as the fundamental, and eliminating toxin and detoxification as the key＂. Prof. Zhang prefers to use insect herbs and also gives the strong consideration on the protection of stomach qi.
