| 摘 要： | 目的妊娠合并血小板减少症的临床观察。方法收集我院2009年7月—2013年6月间妊娠合并血小板减少症的孕妇63例,按血小板检测结果与临床、自觉症状、按入院时末梢血、血小板数值分成3组。结果观察3组诊治经过、血制品运用、分娩方式、血小板分布情况、产后出血、新生儿结果等。结论阴道分娩者杜绝产后出血极为有效。

| Abstract: | Objective Clinical observation of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy.Methods In our hospital from 2009 July to 2013 June thrombocytopenia in pregnancy in 63 cases of pregnant women,according to the results of platelet detection and numerical clinical symptoms,according to the admission time,peripheral blood platelet,divided into 3 groups.Results The 3 groups were observed after treatment,blood product use,mode of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,platelet distribution,neonatal outcome.Conclusion Vaginal delivery to prevent postpartum hemorrhage is very effective. |
