综合性医院药品应用现状及药品过度应用的初步分析

2001年1月－6月间该院总医疗收入中药品收入点48．1％，按销售金额统计排列位于前5位的药品类型分别是抗感染药物、心血管系统药物、消化系统药物、影响免疫功能药物及中枢神经系统药物，累计构成比占全部药品销售金额的64．3％。946种药物中215种药品占药品应用金额的80．5％，其余731种药品仅占19．5％。药物过度应用主要表现于抗感染药物及辅助性治疗药物，是医院医疗收入中药品收入构成比过高的主要原因。降低医院医疗收主中药品收入构成比主要是强调合理规范应用药物，解决药品过度应用的问题，不会因此影响临床医疗工作的需求，也不会降低医疗质量。

Present Situation of Drugs Usage and Analysis of Drugs Over-utilization in Comprehensive Hospital

During January to June, 2001, drugs expense account for 48. 1 % in the all cost of medical care. According to the expense, the first five leading classes of drugs, in sequence, are antibiotic, cardiovascular, immunological, digestive, and central nervous drugs, which account for 64. 3% in the all drugs expense. 215 kinds in all 946 kinds of drugs cost 80. 5% , while other 731 kinds of drags cost only 19. 5% in all the drugs expense. Overusag of drugs expressed mainly among antibiotic and subsidiary drugs, that is the most important cause of the high drug expense in medical care cost. Decreasing high drug expense would not decrease the quality of medical care, because that prescribes to define the criteria for proper drug usage, and control the drug over - usage.
