| 摘 要： | 报告64例(API46例、TIA18例)急性缺血性脑血管病患者的脑微循环动力学(CVDI)检测结果,发现实验组患者病灶侧部分指标 Vmean、Vmin、Qmean、Qmin 明显减少(P<0.01或 P<0.05),为早期诊断急性脑血管病提供良好的措施,同时对脑动脉弹性、血管外周阻力、自身调节功能及临界压力深入了解,以提供治疗中药物选择和流动性观察。

| Abstract: | The paper reports the findings of detection of dynamics of cerebral microcirculation in sixty four caces with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease The recults showed that indxes V_(mean),V_(min),Q_(mean),Q_(min) in the factal part of the patients in the experimenal group were obviously diminished (P<0.01,P<0.05).The above provided good measures to make an early diagnosis of acute CVDI and deepened the knawledge of flexikiites of cerebral arteries perepheral resistance of blood vomels of brain autoregulative functelons and critical pressures as an to come up with drug selections and mobile observations in the treatment. |
