膳食营养因素对脑血管病发病的影响

摘    要:对149例急性脑血管病患者和153名健康老年人,用病例-对照方法进行了膳食结构及饮食习惯的回顾性调查。结果表明,急性脑血管病患者的热能、脂肪摄入量高于对照组,而蛋白质摄入量低于对照组。病例组嗜烟和嗜酒者明显多于对照组。提示膳食结构和饮食习惯对脑血管病的发病有重要影响。

Abstract:patients of acute cerebral vascular disease and 153 healthy aged people as controls were investigated retrospectively with case control study method of epidemiology for their food consumption and dietary habit.The results revealed that the amounts of calorie and fat of the patients, who suffered from cerebral vascular disease,taken daily was significantly higher than that the health aged people taken, but intake of protein was lower than that in control group,individuals being addicted to alcohol and smoke daily in case group were more than that in control gronp.Theretore,it was considered that the food consumption and dietary habit could influence On the occurence of cerebral vascular disease significantly.
