| 摘 要： | 目的:为探讨肾上腺肿瘤影像学表现与病理组织学类型的关系.方法:对2000年～2006年诊治的35例肾上腺肿瘤病例进行分析,主要观察肾上腺肿瘤的大小、形态、密度、增强表现及与同侧肾上腺的关系,结合病理组织学表进行分析.结果:肾上腺腺瘤15例,髓样脂肪瘤2例,嗜铬细胞瘤5例,皮质癌3例,转移瘤8例,淋巴瘤1例;节细胞神经瘤1例.结论:CT可揭示大多数肾上腺肿瘤的病理基础,它们存在一定的影像表现特点,CT是临床上最常用的肾上腺肿瘤影像学检查方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between CT findings of adrenal tumors and heir pathologic morphology.Methods:From 2000 to 2006,35 cases of adrenal tumor were admitted,the size,morphology,density and the contrast finding of the adrenal tumors and the relationship of the tumor with same side adrenal in 35 cases were studied,which was compared with tumors pathological histology.Results:The results showed that,15 cases with adrenocortical adenoma,2 cases with adrenal myelolipoma,5 cases with pheochromocytoma,3 cases with adrenocortical adenocarcinoma,8 cases with metastases,1 case with lymphoma,1 case with ganglioneuroma.Conclusion:CT can reflect the pathological features of most of adrenal neoplasms by demonstrating their corresponding imaging features.CT is a common imaging method for diagnosis of adrenal tumors. |
