临床厌氧菌的简易鉴定

在实验室中采集了90份临床标本，分离到厌氧菌254株，经简易鉴定后，确定为10个菌属30个菌种，临床标本厌氧菌的阳性检出率为52%，其中革兰氏阴性无芽孢厌氧菌-类杆菌属最常见，占41%，而且常被分离的菌种是脆弱类杆菌，占19%。临床上一般以混合感染为主。

Simple Identification of Clinical Anaerobic Bacteria

Ninety clinical specimens had been collected for this study and 254 strains of anaerobic bacteria were isolated.After simple identific 30 spe- cies of 10 genuera were obtained.The positive frequency of anaerobic bacteria was 52% in clinical specimens.The gram-negative non-sporing anaerobic bacteria was most commonly seen (41%).Among them B fra- gills was more frequently isolated (19%).In general,mixed infection was the main type of infection seen clinically.
