| 摘 要： | 目的了解兰州市麻疹网络实验室的运行情况,分析监测结果,掌握兰州市麻疹、风疹疫情动态及流行趋势,为加速麻疹控制与消除提供科学依据。方法用抗体捕捉酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对兰州市各县、区2005—2008年采集的疑似麻疹、风疹血清标本进行麻疹IgM及风疹IgM检测。结果2005—2008年共检测麻疹、风疹疑似病例标本1467份,其中麻疹IgM阳性320份,阳性率为21.81%;风疹IgM阳性515份,阳性率为35.11%。各县、区均有疑似病例送检,发病高峰在每年的3～6月份。麻疹、风疹发病人群均主要集中在5岁以上儿童。暴发疫情主要集中在医疗条件较差的中小学校及幼儿园。结论兰州地区每年3～6月份麻疹、风疹疫情形势严峻,为达到2012年麻疹消除目标,需要对重点人群进行麻疹强化免疫,提高免疫接种率,同时也需要加强风疹的监测和预防接种工作,控制风疹疫情的蔓延。
