| 摘 要： | 目的：口腔混合唾液粘度的测定及分析。方法：采用ＬＧ－Ｒ－８０型锥板式粘度仪对１００份口腔混合唾液样本进行粘度测定。结果：在三种不同切变速率下，唾液粘度有明显性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。并且无牙颌组与有牙Ｈｅ组唾液粘度亦有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。男女分组比较，混合唾液粘度未有显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：口腔混合唾液为非牛顿流体，其粘度随切变率升高而降低。切变率为１Ｓ＾－１时，工值在５２０ｍｐａ

| Abstract: | Objective:To measure and analyze the sticky degree of mixed saliva.Methods:Saliva sticky degree of 100 samples was measured using LG R 80 cone plate hemorheometer.Results:In three different shear rate,the saliva sticky degree had significant differences(p<0.01),and there were significant differences between the edentulous patients and patients with tooth(p<0 05).However,there were not significant differences(p>0 05)between female and male group.Conclusion:The mixed saliva is nonnewtonian fluid,the stick decreased with the increase of shear rate.When the shear rate was 1s -1 ,sticky degree ranged 5 20mpa.s made up 79% of the samples. |
