发作性睡病录像脑电图监测

摘    要:目的:对9例发作性睡病患者进行动态脑电、心电、血氧监测,观察睡眠时EEG、EOG及血氧变化。方法:采用Solar 2000B神经中央监测平台和录像 EEG,按国际标准10~20系统安放电极并记录EOG和血氧饱和度。结果:平均睡眠效率>85%,记录到10~14Hz睡眠纺锤波,平均9分钟即进入REM。EOG显示NREM3、4期睡眠减少。发作期血氧饱和度下降。结论:神经中央监测平台及录像EEG对发作性睡病诊断有重要价值。对鉴别睡眠瘫痪、猝倒发作、睡眠幻觉有意义。

Abstract:Objective: To observe EEC, EOG and oxygen saturation of blood of 9 patients with nar- colepy in the sleep. Methods; By Solar 200CB nervous central monitor terrace and video EEG, according to 10 - 20 system of international standard the EOG and the oxygen saturation of blood were recorded. Results: Average sleep efficiency > 85% , recorded 12 - 14Hz sleep spindle wave, average 9 minutes entered REM. EOG showed that NREM3, 4 period sleep decrased. In attack period, oxygen saturated of blood decreased. Conclusion : Nervous central monitor terrace and video EEG have important value in diagnosis of narcolepsy and differential diagnosis among sleep paralysis, cataplexy attack and sleep hallucination.
