| 摘 要： | 目的对比吉妮固定式宫内节育器和宫型宫内节育器的临床效果。方法对使用吉妮固定式宫内节育器和宫型宫内节育器的育龄妇女,在避孕效果、不良反应等方面进行对比分析。结果吉妮固定式宫内节育器的有效避孕率为95.51%,高于宫型宫内节育器的78.06%;吉妮固定式节育器避孕失败率为0.90%,低于宫型节育器的8.94%;吉妮固定式节育器的不良反应发生率为18.57%,低于宫型节育器的21.47%。结论放置吉妮固定式宫内节育器具有有效避孕率高、不良反应发生率低、适用范围广等优点,值得推广应用。
