| 摘 要： | 目的探讨uPA在原发性肝癌介入治疗前后的表达变化及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法测定50例原发性肝癌患者经皮肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术（TACE）术前3天、术后3天、7天、2周及4周血清uPA的含量及100例健康体检者血清uPA水平。结果实验组血清中uPA的含量明显高于对照组（P＆lt;0.01）;肝癌患者血清uPA含量在门脉癌栓组、已发生转移组、肿瘤多发组中显著增高（P＆lt;0.01、P＆lt;0.01、P＆lt;0.05）,而在不同肿瘤大小、肝功分级和AFP含量组之间无明显统计学差异（P＆gt;0.05）;与TACE术前3天比较,实验组术后3天、术后7天、术后2周血清中uPA的含量明显下降（P＆lt;0.05）,术后4周血清中uPA含量与术前3天比较无明显统计学差异（P＆gt;0.05）。结论uPA含量的高低与肝癌的侵袭性高低有关。TACE前后血清uPA的检测有助于更好的掌握再次TACE治疗的时机。
