| 摘 要： | 目的评价CT模拟定位系统（CTS）引导下经皮肺穿刺在诊断老年周围性肺占位病变的临床应用价值。方法2005年1月-2010年1月,应用弹簧芯状活检针在CTS引导下对老年肺部肿块患者行经皮肺穿刺并经病理和临床随访证实,对其中具有完整资料的124例老年病人进行回顾性总结分析。结果对124例病人的124个病灶共进行了141次穿刺活检,全部病例取得了满意的组织学标本,取材成功率为100%。其中恶性肿瘤112例,良性病变12例,总诊断准确率为100%。气胸发生率为5.6%。咯血发生率为12.1%,未发生大出血。结论CTS引导下弹簧芯状活检针经皮肺穿刺活检对老年性肺癌的诊断是一种准确性高,安全可靠又简单易行的诊断方法。
