19味中药对淋球菌流行株的敏感性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨l9味中药对淋球菌的抑制作用。方法:采用琼脂稀释法测定l9味中药对淋球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:19味中药中,对淋球菌作用最强的是黄连(Coptis chinensis Franch);其次为黄柏(Phellodendron chinense Schneid)、黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)、大黄(Rhenm palmatum L.)、丁香(Engenia caryophyllata Thund)、地榆(Sanguisorba 0fficinalis L.)、半枝莲(Scutellaria barbata D.Don);而夏枯草(Prunella vulgaris L.)、蛇床子(Cnidium monnieri(L.)cuss)、紫花地丁(Viola yedoensis)、蚤体(Paris polyphylla Smith)、白鲜皮(Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz)仅有轻微的抗淋球菌作用。白花蛇舌草(0ldenlandia diffusa (Willd) Roxb)、花椒(Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim)、苦参(Sophora flavescens Ait)、挂金灯(Physalis alkekengi L.Var.francheeii (Mast.)Mak.)、萆薢(Dioscorea hypoglauca palib)、车前子(Semen plantaginis)则无抑菌作用。结论:黄连对淋球菌的抑制作用最强。

Abstract:Objective : In order to investigate the inhibition of nineteen Chinese traditional medicines on Gonorrhea Neisseria strains. Methods : By agar dilution method, the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the Chinese traditional medicines on Gonorrhea Neisseria strains were determined. Results : Out of the tested nineteen medicines, inhibition of Copis chinensis Franch on Gonorrhea Neisseria was the strongest. Phelldenron chinense Schneid, Scutellaria baicaiensis Georgi, Rheum palmatum L., Engenia caryophllata, Sanguisorba officinalis L., Sctrllaria barbata D.Don, were also effective by order of degree of being strong. Prunella vulgaris L., Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cuss, Viola Yedoensis, Paris polyphylla Smith and Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz was soft effective, but others, Oldenlandia diffusce (Willd) Roxb, Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim, Sophora flavescens Ait, Physalis alkekengil L.var francheeii (Mast.) Mak, Dioscorea hypoglauca palib, Semen plantaginis were not. Conclusion : Inhibition of Coptis on Coptis chinensis Franch was the strongest.
